COPH Peace Corps volunteer writes first report home

“During my two years in Peonga, I am required by #PeaceCorps to create ‘care groups,’ which are groups of women who meet once a month and discuss health topics such as exclusive and complimentary breast-feeding, family nutrition, hand-washing, food preparation, latrine use, etc.," said COPH student Sierra Petrosky. "In addition to these activities, I would like to do a latrine-building project, as many families in the community have expressed interest in this.”
